I am not the only one tired of winter and eager for spring. This woman is a symbol of patience as she is waiting, and waiting, and waiting for the season to change. Just like all the rest of us. She waits in Phoenix Park on the spot where the Farmers Market will be displaying their products.
Notice how the snow has melted around her feet as she patiently waits.
